Acrodance includes not only contemporary dance and floor acrobatics, but also disciplines such as floorwork, break dancing, capoeira, martial arts.
The aim during the two days will be to explore acrodance in its various shapes: individually, in couples and through improvisation.

REGISTRATION FORM

 Contemporary dance with forays into acrobatics; Physical preparation for acrobatic work, introduction of advanced maneuvers and elements of floor acrobatics, balance, strength, flexibility, mobility, conditioning, performing acrobatics in motion and creating sequences, learning movement phrases and teamwork.

There will be:
- Work on technical acrodance vocabulary.
-Application of technical elements in couples and creation of sequences.
-Movement research through improvisation tools.

We will work on acrodance vocabulary in different levels (on the ground, quadrupedal level, standing, in the air), through the creation of sequences and movement research.

The workshop will take place in a large professional dance floor with also a small tatami mat, where it will be able to practice some acrobatics movements in all safety.

The workshops can be accessible and adapted to all kinds of participants, as well as to professionals, and it can be useful for anyone who practices contemporary dance, has an acrobatic base, or wants to develop an organic and fluid quality of movement on the floor.

Recommended clothing: long pants and long-sleeved shirt.

ABOUT DAVIDE BONETTI

Davide Bonetti is a professional acrodancer.
At the age of 18 he got into the contemporary circus school FLIC in Turin, as an acrobat and here he specialized in handstands.
At 22, he continued his training at CNAC (Centre National des Arts du Cirque) in France, getting interested in a more fluid and organic approach to acrobatics: acrodance.
Between 2019 and 2021 he is on tour in France and Belgium as a performer and from 2019 he is been giving workshops about this discipline in Italy and Europe.
Among the festivals in which he has taught in, there are: B12 research or die (Berlin), Henny Juriens Studio (Amsterdam), Frei Art Festival (Freiburg).

ABOUT ERIKA MARCHESI

Coming from artistic gymnastics , at the age of 14 she attended a pre-academic path at Moma Studios in Milan studying contemporary and street urban disciplines. In 2017 she got into DanceHaus Academy (directed by Susanna Beltrami) attending the professional training program of the school and graduating in 2020.
Between 2020 and 2023 she worked with several Milanese choreographers and she is currently part of the acrobatic-dance company Liberi Di…Physical Theatre. Here she discovers acrodance and, matching it with her past movement backgrounds, she is researching on combining acrobatics and dance organically in her unique way.

Danza contemporánea; Acrobacia; Partnering; Floorwork; Fuerza y Movilidad; Trabajo en equipo.

Danza contemporánea con incursiones en la acrobacia; Preparación física para trabajos acrobáticos, introducción de maniobras avanzadas y elementos de acrobacia de suelo, equilibrio, fuerza, flexibilidad, movilidad, acondicionamiento, realización de acrobacias en movimiento y creación de secuencias, aprendizaje de frases de movimiento y trabajo en equipo.

En el Workshop Habrá:
- Trabajar el vocabulario técnico de acrodanza.
- Aplicación de elementos técnicos en parejas y creación de secuencias.
- Investigación del movimiento a través de herramientas de improvisación.

Trabajaremos el vocabulario de acrodanza en diferentes niveles (en el suelo, a nivel cuadrúpedo, de pie, en el aire), mediante la creación de secuencias y la investigación del movimiento.

El taller se desarrollará en una gran sala de danza profesional con también un pequeño tatami, donde se podrán practicar algunos movimientos acrobáticos con toda seguridad.

Los talleres pueden ser accesibles y adaptados a todo tipo de participantes, así como a profesionales, y pueden ser útiles para cualquier persona que practique danza contemporánea, tenga una base acrobática o quiera desarrollar una calidad de movimiento orgánica y fluida en la pista. .

Ropa recomendada: pantalón largo y camisa de manga larga.

Davide Bonetti es un acrobailarín profesional.
A los 18 años ingresó como acróbata en la escuela de circo contemporáneo FLIC de Turín y aquí se especializó en el pino.
