If you wondered how to roll on a hard floor without getting hurt, how to land from an acrobatic movement without making any noise, how to use explosivity instead of force to create unexpected effects with your body, this workshop might interest you.
17th edition of the Festival of Contact Improvisation & Butoh in the French Province, in Rustrel, one of the most beautiful villages in France, located north of Apt and at the foot of the Monts de Vaucluse. A unique opportunity of immersion for 7 days, for 35 participants, to experience an exploration of dance and movement with quality workshops, jams, live music and many other proposals to share.
Clases matinales de Contact Improvisación impartidas por Pep Nebot, en un magnífico estudio de danza situado en el barrio de Gràcia, Barcelona.Las clases combinan investigación del movimiento, entrenamiento técnico y preparación física, con un fuerte énfasis en los fundamentos del Contact Improvisation: caer, volar, compartir peso y aprender a asumir riesgos de forma segura. La creatividad, la curiosidad y el juego están presentes durante todo el proceso, permitiendo que la técnica se convierta en una puerta hacia la expresión, y no en un fin en sí misma.

Private classes in Barcelona of Contact Improvisation. We will explore the Contact Improvisation (CI) technique, with total adaptation to the specific individual objectives and abilities of each one. We will investigate the movement in contact crossed by gravity, the direction of weight, inertia, active listening, etc., with the intention of being from the presence and awareness of the subtleties to go beyond the mechanical and expand body sensitivity.
